I'm addressing the unusually high number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations this month. It's essential to recognize the significant consequences these actions have on small businesses. Given that my compensation is based on client attendance, no-shows result in lost income. The repercussions of no-shows and unpaid invoices extend beyond my business, affecting my family's financial stability and our children's aspirations. Unfortunately, the subsequent ghosting and non-payment only exacerbate the situation, highlighting the importance of effective communication.
