Charlie wants to let her members know that we have some new cheese just released from the cheese cave - Applewood Smoked Cheddar and Smoke Pepper Jack $12/ package. Vampires and Spouses beware, The Twisted Slayer Cheddar is also making a comeback - Aleppo Pepper and Garlic - $10/package. In addition, the Greek yogurt is stocked. This weeks feature flavor is Elderberry Blackberry - $10/quart.

Freshly sliced and vacuum sealed, our Applewood smoked bacon (Natural, Twisted Oak Special Blend, and Pepper) can be now be found in the freezer section. In addition, more cheeses are making an appearance from the cheese cave. You can tell I was in a cheddar mood in October. Looks like we have another A2/A2 milk producer on the farm. Gracie Girl and Miss Nellie Bean will be in full production mode come June 2024. That means quality milk and quality cheese coming soon!
