Twisted Oak Farm located in Eagle Creek, Oregon just between Sandy and Estacada is a small family farm specializing in raising Heritage Hogs, Cattle, Chickens and Turkeys. We pride ourselves in the fact that all of our animals are raised ethically and humanely, and we are committed to providing them with a lifestyle that allows them to live happy, healthy, peaceful lives.

Looks like we have another A2/A2 milk producer on the farm. Gracie Girl and Miss Nellie Bean will be in full production mode come June 2024. That means quality milk and quality cheese coming soon!

The test results are in - congratulations Miss Nellie, you are an A2/A2 milk producer. I am now kicking myself for not getting the Kappa Casin testing, but from my 3 wheels of cheese so far - I’m impressed with the quality of the results.
