We use rotational grazing during spring, summer and falls months and high quality hay in the winter.

CJS Farms was established in 2012 by Craig and Jessica Swift. Craig with a background in Angus beef and Jessica with a background in Agricultural Business decided to start this crazy journey with the purchase of 3 Angus cows in 2012. Our heard has grown to over 30 in the last 5 years and continues to grow each year. We offer both 100% grass fed or gain finished freezer beef and direct beef from our home in Earlville NY.
