Sweet Andrew is still searching for a family to call his own. Andrew is the last remaining male from Millie’s litter. Given that rats are pack animals, he is seeking a home with at least 1 other rattie.

Next month, my husband and I will be welcoming our first baby into the world. 🤍 The rescue will be closed until further notice as of November 2nd, while we prioritize focus on this new chapter of our life.

Update: Momma & baby #1 remain available🤍

The females remain in the same cage with mom, but are being evaluated for independence. Just like their brothers, they are all eating and drinking on their own. Their personalities are in full bloom. They are doing amazing!

The males have officially been transferred into their own cage and are being evaluated for independence. The entire litter is eating and drinking on their own. Their personalities are in full bloom as they consistently are climbing, playing, and cuddling. They are doing fantastic!

Our recent intakes were brought to us by a caring couple that unknowingly adopted a pregnant hamster and seek wonderful homes for the babies. They will be available for adoption after evaluation. Posted below are 2 of the 4 in our care. 2 female hamsters Approximately 12 weeks of age

Jara’s babies are eating, climbing, playing and ready to start finding new homes. Unfortunately, black rats have an incredibly hard time finding homes. Please reach out if you would like to share your home with a friendly and playful rattie. 😊

Cage cleaning day! Transported the ratties into a transport cage while I clean. They all are so curious!! We still have 2 males and 6 females seeking a homes!🤍🤍

Baby rats galore !! 6 girls and 6 boys!❤️🤍 plus our little foster.

Success!! Jara has happily took this little guy in as her own and is nursing him. When he first arrived - he was cold and clearly hungry. He is now warm and snuggled up with the others - nursing!

The newest rescue. Another mouse! Intake was June 24th. This female is possibly pregnant. She shows a very tiny bump (babies or just chub 🤷🏼‍♀️) We shall see in 2-3 weeks! She is very Friendly, but is nervous when first approached. I will be working with her on handling. She needs a name 💜

Update: Adopted! This sweet boy is still needing a home ❤️
