We hope everyone has a Hoppy Easter! We will have normal business hours (8am-noon) on Friday, April 7th, and will be closed on Monday, April 10th. If you have an emergency, please call Veterinary Emergency Group at 281-888-8713.

We will be CLOSED for continuing education on Friday, March 3rd, 2023. We will resume normal operating hours on Monday, March 6th. Please refill any medications you may need this weekend by Thursday, March 2nd.

Shaving your dog during the hot summer months may seem like a good idea to keep him cool, but it can sometimes have the opposite effect!

Dogs with thick, double-layered fur use it to thermoregulate by creating a barrier of cool air within the coat. Shaving this fur may make the dog less tolerant of high temperatures because of the loss of natural insulation
