NBAR is a volunteer organization caring for pets in need through rescue efforts and a pet food bank. All of this is made possible by public donations.

New Beginnings Animal Rescue (NBAR) in conjuction with its adoption/ surrender program operates a Community Pet Food Bank. The food bank assists residents of Middlesex County NJ with food and supplies for their dogs / cats and rabbits.

We’re looking for one or two foster homes for a sweet litter of 4 kittens who are about 6 weeks old. They can be split into pairs (2 & 2) if needed!

Our friends at Trinity Presbyterian Church are hosting their annual Blessing of the Animals on Saturday, October 4th, 2025 — and we wanted to help spread the word! 💙

📍 367 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick
🕥 Arrival: 10:15 AM | Service Begins: 10:30 AM

This heartfelt event welcomes pets of all shapes and sizes—furry, scaly, or feathered—for a special blessing and moment of reflection. Whether your companion is with you or has crossed the Rainbow Bridge, all are invited. 🌈

🐾 Drive-through blessings available
🐾 Leashes or carriers required
🐾 Free to attend – but donations of cat/dog food, wee wee pads, and litter are greatly appreciated and will be shared with organizations like ours and others in the community.

Most of our donations go to kittens, but our golden oldies need love too. Your monthly gift helps ensure they get all the TLC they deserve.
