We know that your pets may have a hard time adjusting to wearing a cone when recovering from a surgery. But it’s in their best interest (and ours) that your pet wears their cone to keep their incision site safe. This will prevent them from licking at their incision site and causing infections and having to bring them in to the clinic sooner than needed. We got a lovely picture from one of our clients who stuck with the cone regardless of how touch their pup was with trying to get it off and play around. There’s always a solution to keep that cone on! Sometimes you just have to get crafty 😂
