Welcome Leo, Letty and Luna. These pups are pit lab and pit border collie mixes from unplanned litters due to an unneutered dog passing through the area. So dad was seen but then took off. They were raised on an farm and have been around all kinds of animals including horses and farm cats. They are friendly and social and will be available for adoption in a few weeks once spayed/neutered. They are about 6-7 months old. We could not help these pups without fosters. Fosters needed! Unfortunately, the holidays bring more homeless dogs and cats. We currently have a waiting list of dogs that need help. And one very special girl that is a return due to no fault of her. Emmylou needs a foster ASAP. Emmylou is a French Bulldog beagle mix that was adopted from us over the summer. All supplies provided while fostering. We also have several puppy mill dogs on our waiting list including a 5 year old female English Bulldog that we are told is very people friendly a d friendly with other dogs. Meet Winnie. Winnie came to us as an owner surrender when her owner could no longer keep her. Winnie is about 5 and half years old and she is a pocket pity at about 42 lbs. Winnie is excited about the holidays coming. She is very sweet and lovable. Winnie likes to cuddle and play and loves attention. Winnie is great around children, but she is still learning not to jump so will need a home with older children. Winnie has some accidents here and there but is pretty much housebroken and she is crate trained. Winnie does well with other dogs but will require a meet and greet prior to adoption. Winnie should NOT be in a house with cats. Winnie is spayed up to date with vaccines and microchipped.

We are currently in touch with a woman that tried to help pot belly pigs from someone that wasn't taking care of them. She is having health issues herself and has separated the pigs but two had given birth. We currently have taken in five of these little pot belly pigs and hope to help with more but we do need to get some of these adopted. All will be spayed/castrated prior to adoption. We do have Henry who is special needs. Henry looks like he was born with undeveloped eyes so he is completely blind. He also cannot make any noise which is definitely different for a pig. His best friend and seeing eye pig is Millie. It would be nice to see them go together. Meet Bella. Bella is a 6 year old female Springer Spaniel who weighs 64 lbs. Bella came to us as a breeder dog and quickly adjusted to living in a house after spending her whole life outdoors on a farm. She has not had any accidents in the house. Bella is a snuggle bug. Bella is looking for someone who doesn't mind having a loyal friend always at their side. She walks well on a leash, but there are times when she'll walk directly in your path, so you have to pay attention to her. While on walks, Bella gets a little nervous when people or other animals come towards her. Bella has allowed people of all ages to pet her. When left alone, Bella will periodically howl until she realizes you are not coming back, then she'll take a nap. Bella is a shoe collector. She will pick up any shoes lying around and bring them to her bed. Bella has not chewed the shoes, just gathers them. Bella has had minimal interaction with cats, but during that interaction, she did not seem to care about them. Bella is spayed, up to date with vaccines, and microchipped.
