The idea of having this page is to keep you updated on Life With Parrots Aviary's bird activity and availability, as well as sharing information on living with parrots. I would also love for all to ask questions or share facts regarding them. I would be happy to answer questions or concerns as well as encouraging bird owners to share their knowledge from living with them. Many here have bought bir

ds from me in the past and I am sure that prospective bird owners would love to see/hear what they have become. I think I have the settings right to allow interactions from others....if not, please let me know. Also if you would like more info on a particular subject, just ask. The more you know about birds, the better you can care for them which is what I thrive for when it comes to my babies.

‼️UPDATE: Flora has been adopted ‼️🎉

Tamed 6 year old female Green Cheek Conure. She is the only bird in the house.

Flora is an affectionate yellow-sided green cheek Conure born in 2017 at Life with Parrots Aviary. She's been hand-raised and is in good health. Flora's elderly owners would like to surrender her to a loving home. Flora likes head scratches, shoulder rides, snacks at the table and time out of her cage. She comes with 3 cages of various sizes, food, toys and accessories. She is currently located in Shelton, Connecticut.

Ash is 6 years old and proven male. He can talk, likes to say “baby bird, come here, pretty bird(rare), and likes rhythm(tapping in a beat of any kind usually wood surfaces). He’s a little devious and has his full flight feathers.
