VCMC is fully equipped to handle all of your pet's needs. We offer veterinary services from wellness exams and vaccines to x-rays, ultrasounds, and surgeries. We are accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) and the American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP). Your pets might want to explore all the new smells and "fun" items, like decorations, that have entered the home for the holidays. Be mindful that some of these items can be harmful or even deadly to your fur baby.

❌ FORBIDDEN FOODS ❌
- Chocolate, Macadamia nuts, Onions, Garlic, Raw Dough, Xylitol (sugar substitute in baked goods, candies, and peanut butters)

❌ DANGEROUS DECOR ❌
- Holly, mistletoe, & poinsettias can make your dog sick
- Avoid edible decorations and salt dough ornaments
- Lillies can be deadly to cats
- Quickly dispose of all wrapping materials
- Avoid tinsel which can cause obstructions
- Never leave candles unattended
- Use electrical tape to secure cords

Meet Dr. Jess Manjally, a compassionate and talented veterinarian at the Veterinary Center of Morris County and the Veterinary Center of Morris County at Florham Park.

Growing up with a lifelong love for animals, Dr. Manjally's dream of becoming a veterinarian sparked at the young age of eight. She pursued her passion at Rutgers University and Long Island University, where she actively participated in organizations like the Veterinary Surgery Club.

When she's not caring for animals, Dr. Manjally enjoys creative pursuits like dancing and painting, and spending quality time with her beloved cat, Doja Cat.

We're lucky to have Dr. Manjally on our team!

Born and raised in East Hanover, NJ, Dr. DeTrolio graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University before pursuing his veterinary degree at Ross University. He completed his clinical year at the University of Illinois and joined our team in September 2023.

With a passion for preventative medicine and neurology, Dr. DeTrolio is committed to providing the highest quality care for your furry friends.

Here are some common Thanksgiving foods that can be toxic to pets:
