Tri State #1 is in the books! Couldn't be prouder of my team for all the hard work they put in this weekend along with their sportsmanship. You guys all stepped in helping out other riders, calling lines amd just being supportive. There were a lot of ups and some downs but overall great! Friday am classes got.us off to a good start with Eva and DaVinci pinning in every class in a big 2' hunter division, Courtenay and Top Gun also having great trips and Lilly and DaVinci and Gavin and Silver Lining also pinning great in an even larger 2'3 division. Lilly and Did You Notice and Gavin and Nopartnerneeded in the Children's hunter flat and Gavin and Nopartnerneeded finishing division champion in the open hunter on the flat. The team did not disappoint moving into gymkahana. Lilly finished champion with Bye Tiki and reserve champion with Tontigo Leo. Open barrels was awesome with Lilly finishing 1st and 2nd with Sonja and Dreamer in third and Kayden and Dreamer in fourth! Saturday continued with great rides by all. Lilly and Bye Tiki had a clean sweep of the jumper division. Lilly and Gavin also had great rides in the hunter derby classic with Lilly and Nopartnerneeded making the call back to round 2. Saturday pm classics were by far the highlight of the weekend. Lilly and The Tominator finished 4th in the open pleasure classic. Gavin and his partner Lauren finished 6th in the pro am equitation classic. Lilly and myself finishing 3rd in the pro am equitation classic. Gavin and Nopartnerneeded had a beautiful ride in the open hunter on the flat finishing 2nd and the kids closed out the night with super performances in the versatility with Eva and DaVinci finishing 6th, Gavin and Silver Lining 4th and Lilly and The Tominator 3rd. Sunday came along and everyone kept pushing through with great rides and ribbons in all classes. Thank you to Brieann Stone and Lauren Santoro for stepping in to finish off our team classics!

Another successful show day for Team Hidden Hollow. Courtenay and Eva started off the day for us in the 2' hunters with Eva and DaVinci finishing day end champion. Courtenay continued her day with ribbons in the green horse flat, Kristin and She's on Fire had an awesome first show together in the green horse with ribbons in all classes. Big thanks to Lilly for piloting our Royaltini to division champion in the green horse division. Ending the day Avery and Tontigo Leo were second in both the open poles and open barrels with smokin times and Courtenay and Top Gun finished reserve champion in the open games. Sonja and Kayden represented us as well at NBHA RI with Sonja pulling a check in the jackpot barrels and Kayden pulling a check in the jackpot poles. Way to go everyone!

Our impromptu decision to load up and show today paid off. Gavin and DaVinci had a clean sweep in the 2'3 hunters, they were also division champion in the 2'3 equitation with Lilly right behind as reserve champion. Lilly and Bye Tiki also had a clean sweep in the puddle jumpers

The 2024 season kicked off great for Team Hidden Hollow! Ribbons in every class shown. Eva and DaVinci finished division champion in the 2' hunters, Courtenay and Top Gun started off their 2nd green year strong. Gavin and Silver Lining finished champion in the 2'3 hunters, Lilly and DaVinci were right behind also in the 2'3. Kristin and The Tominator had awesome ribbons in the jumper division. Gavin and Nopartnerneeded,Lilly and The Tominator and Lilly again with DaVinci finished in top ribbons in both the hunter pleasure and Equitation flat divisions.

The kickoff of the 2024 Hidden Hollow show season was great today. We definitely found some cobwebs that need brushing off, but Avery and Tontigo Leo killed it today at their first big barrel run together. Lilly also has good runs with Tiki and finished in the money on her first time with Dallas after only one ride together at home.

Despite the fact that it's cold and snowy, Lilly and Gavin have already started spring cleaning at the barn. They deep cleaned the barn aisle Sunday, cleaned and organized boarders tack room and cleaned and reorganized the tool hallway. Thanks for all the extra hard work you guys put in!

I am proud to announce that team Hidden Hollow has been accepted to represent Back on Track as a 2024 ambassador!

Back on track products have become a daily fixture in our program and has yielded great results with our diverse group of horses of different ages, breeds and disciplines.

I am excited what this will bring for our clients and our horses.

Every trainer hopes to have that one horse in their barn that you can 100% count on in every way. That horse that you can put the student in their first year over fences on and count on to take them around to their first blues, that horse that you can use as a last minute fill in for another, but most importantly, that horse that you can always trust to put a smile on everyone's face with every single ride. That horse to me is A Little Dark Magic.

In his final show season, and his 30th year of being a literal unicorn he still continues to be this horse. Finishing his year out with, give or take a few pinnings as there were just too many to count, he cleared:
2 Year End Championships
2 Reserve Year End Championships
8 Day end Champions
3 Day end Reserve Champion
22- Firsts
13- Seconds
11- Thirds
Some of his best achievements this year were pulling blues with his beginner rider in huge crossrail divisions, pulling a second in the open hunter on the flat out of 26 horses, winning the 2'6 handy hunter cooler classic.

I am beyond proud to call this horse mine. Enjoy your retirement, even though you still act like you're 3, you have certainly earned it. ❤️

It was a great night last night for Team Hidden Hollow at the Tristate Horsemen's Association (TSHA) year end banquet. Gavin won the mystery open division and with a big surprise Lilly won high point exhibitor! Congrats to all of my riders on a great year!

Royaltini went above and beyond in his first green year finishing division champion in every outing he had, with multiple clean sweeps. Can't wait to see what year 2 brings. Thank you Lilly Laroche for doing such a great job piloting this handsome boy for me.

Today, we finished off the last show of the year at Rhode Island Hunter Jumper. Lilly and Nopartnerneeded and Chrissy and Redneck Cowboy both had good ribbons in the 2' hunter division. Gavin and DaVinci finished as reserve champion in the 2' hunter division. Our jumper crew did fantastic today with Lilly and Bye Tiki finishing division champion and 4th in the jumper championship. Kristin and The Tominator finished reserve champions and 3rd in the championship. Chrissy and Redneck Cowboy had good ribbons in the division with a 7th place finish in the championship and Gavin and DaVinci shocked us all winning the jumper championship. Great job all, one last show of the weekend to go.

Awesome day today for Team Hidden Hollow at the Four Town Fair Horse Show. Lilly and Did You Notice had a great first outing in the 2'3 division and were reserve champion in the hunter flat division. Lilly and Bye Tiki had a great time in the jumpers today winning the clear round in the .70 and finished second in the touch and out at an outstanding height of 3' , never even thought this little pony had that in her. Chrissy and Redneck Cowboy ribboned well in the 2' hunters and then had nice rounds in the .70 jumpers. Gavin and Nopartnerneeded had a fantastic day finishing division champions in the 2'3 hunters, champion in the open hunter flat division and finished high point hunters for the day. Myself and A Little Dark Magic had an awesome final show together finishing reserve champion in the 2'6 hunters, and winning the 2'6 cooler classic.

I don't think I could possibly love this horse more. 30 yrs old and still out here killing it. Thank you for such a great day old man. Reserve champion in the 2'6 hunters, winning the eq round, we both still got it, 1st in the 2'6 cooler classic and a second in the open hunter flat stake. You sure finished out your career with a bang. He was also recognized today by the show committee and 2 judges, as the winner of the silver bar horse shoe award which is awarded to their choice of senior horse who exemplifies top senior horse care whether it be nutrition, special shoeing, extended warm up time. Thank you Four Town Fair Horse Show committee, Jess Piccarello and Ellie Woznica for this honor.

Awesome day again for Team Hidden Hollow. Lilly and Bye Tiki were champion in both the low hunters and open gymkhana. Gavin and DaVinci were reserve champion in both the low hunters and open wtc. Amber and Talk To Me Goose continue to make strides in the hunter division and were day end champion in the green horse flat with Lilly and Royaltini reserve champion. Courtenay, Kristin, Jennifer and Addison all had great rides today as well in their respective divisions.

The final Tri State of 2023 is in the books for Team Hidden Hollow! It was a long weekend of showing but so worth it for everyone. Many championships. Lilly and Bye Tiki started it off for us with a clean sweep of the open gymkhana division and division champion, Amber and Tontigo Leo were just behind finishing reserve champion for the division. Amber and A Little Dark Magic started off Saturday with a champion in the open crossrails division, Lilly and Did You Notice were baby green champion, Lilly was also champion with A Little Dark Magic in the Novice 2' hunters. Gavin and A Little Dark Magic were the senior horse champions. Lilly and Bye Tiki finished champion in the puddle jumper division. Rex and I closed out Saturday night with a 2nd in the open hunter on the flat classic. Sunday, Lukas and Nopartnerneeded were reserve champion in the Adult Amateur hunter flat division, and Lilly and Did You Notice closed it out with our final championship of the show in the open green horse flat division. We had many other ribbons as well, Sonja and Dreamer in the open gymkhana, Amber and Tontigo Leo on the ranch division, Chrissy and Redneck Cowboy and Courtenay and Top Gun both in the baby greens both days, Gavin and Nopartnerneeded in the junior 15-17, Amber and Talk To Me Goose in the open green horse flat, Lilly and DaVinci in the low hunters, Gavin and A Little Dark Magic also in the low hunters. Thank you to all of our barn family, parents for keeping us fed and hydrated, Carrie for all of your extra hands with getting everyone braided.
