Sharing from our friends at Dakin Humane Society:

Dakin was included in a select number of animal welfare organizations to receive supplies through the VCA Animal Hospitals Home for the Holidays grant fund!

Local VCA staff members delivered the special gifts from our wish list right to our door. Among the goodies were Kong toys for dog enrichment, scales to track the weight of cats and kittens, canned cat food, and Snuggle Puppies (soft plush toys that help comfort orphaned animals).

THANK YOU to our friends at VCA Animal Hospitals for bringing some holiday magic to the animals in our care at Dakin. Your support means a lot to us!
