Our knowledgeable and compassionate veterinary team takes the time to get to know our patients and their humans! Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day is celebrated annually on August 28th to honor and remember pets that have passed away. The day is meant to be a time for reflection, love, and gratitude for the time spent with pets.

Keep their memories close to your heart and remember in another time, in a beautiful place you will see them again.

We are so happy to announce that our very own, Erin Riggin, passed her boards this afternoon and is an official Registered Veterinary Technician! She has worked very hard the last few years for this and we are proud and lucky to have her on our team!

Just a reminder that the hospital will be closed in observance of July 4th. We will re-open on Friday at 8 a.m. Please call your nearest ER if any emergencies arise over the holiday. Pets ER in Salisbury (410-543-8400) and Delmarva Emergency Clinic in Dover (302-697-0850) will be open all day. Stay safe and keep your pets inside during the fireworks. Have a happy Fourth of July!

May 17th, 2004 we opened our doors for the first time. We are happy to be “Your Hometown Vet” 20 years later! Thank you to all of our great clients and their wonderful pets. We are seeking a compassionate veterinarian receptionist to join the team at our successful animal hospital. Responsibilities include answering the phones, scheduling appointments, checking in clients, collecting payments, and client education. You will work closely with the entire hospital staff to ensure the health and well-being of all our pet patients. If you are passionate about providing exceptional animal care, we’d like to meet you. We pride ourselves on having a good work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have good people skills, good attitude, computer knowledge, clear handwriting, and be professionally spoken and be team oriented.
• Must have reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma.
• Knowledge of animal care and handling is a plus.

Fenway has a message for you 😊

This is Sergeant. He is 5 1/2 week old Boxer puppy. and had to have his leg amputated yesterday by Dr. Flaggs due to a bad infection. He's getting around so well and is back to feeling like a puppy today. He's a bruiser!
