What a Summer it has been!
July's adoptions were wonderful, we saw these wonderful felines find their furrever homes:
Aly went home to be the queen of her domain!
Asparagus and Carrot are causing trouble in the cutest way, growing up together!
Callie is off and running with her best hooman friend!
Pollyanna is being spoiled by the most adoring hooman ever!
Evie is helping her hooman work from home by being the best supervisor ever!
Feta is sleek and loving with an amazing new poppa!
Mo, our medical marvel Mo is living his best life with two hooman brothers and a momma that adores his beautiful perfect markings!
Lana is living the luxurious life being brushed and adored!
Marilyn is keeping her hoomans busy all day long with her energy!
Junie and Josie are snuggled up nicely in the world's best sunlit room!
Betty Crocker and Smokey are roaming the house being the coolest duo ever!
Parmesan + Asiago are off to conquer the world one ball of yarn at a time.
Pepper Jack + Sugar are loving life with an adoring new dad who thinks the world of them!
Gingerbread is keeping her hooman busy with lots of purrs and kisses!

August was even busier! And during this month, we participated in Clear the Shelters! More than 6,745 adoptable animals found loving homes during the month long campaign, and on the day itself 1,049 went to their Furrever Homes!
Kitty Cottage saw 13 of our sweeties find homes!
Biscotti was scooped up by an awesome pair of hoomans that will rub her belly!
Oatmeal Raisin went home to an adventurous family who loves his antics.
JJ went home to a sweet woman who adores orange boys.
Ginger Spice joins a feline sibling in new home.
Snickerdoodle is off to be spoiled and loved.
Simba and Lizzy were our very first CTS pair of kittens to be adopted!
Scrapple won the hearts of a busy family who will adore her energy.
Sharkey and Tito are siblings who were adopted by siblings, how cool!
Murtogg made his way into the heart of his new poppa!
Mango will be joining two other feline siblings and a hooman sibling!
Milo will be sharing his antics with his new family, hope they like being kept busy!
Macaroon and The Hambone were adopted by a pair of brothers who love Philly sports-they gave them new Phillies and Eagles names!!
Lil Loki and Luna are off to be their best selves with a wonderful new Mom.
Pickles was picked up promptly by her new family, to a life of cat nip and wand toys.
Swiss has a new feline sibling and will be chasing him until naptime!
Thor and Pumpkin Spice are the coolest new couple in some swank new digs!
Ozzy and Peach are living the life, snuggled up with each other and their hoomans!
Pepper has no complaints about his new life, they think he's amazing!
Sausage is the bestest boi with his new hooman and feline siblings!
Smidge never made it in from Foster Care, her momma knew that one was staying with her!
Clementine and Ranger, these two! The family came for one and left with two! They're going to be loved and adored by everyone!

Congratts to all of our kitties who found homes, and we can't wait to see what the fall has in store!

Our beautiful lil sassy Wednesday went home yesterday! She was a tough one, as she is very set in her personal boundaries and gives the best side eye-but loves affection if you’re worthy! Kitty Cottage Adoption Center’s volunteers and staff never gave up on her, let her know she’s deserving of love, and it paid off! She’ll have a sweet fun loving older feline brother to buddy with and a home filled with love, cat trees, toys and so much pets! Congrats, Wednesday! Go be awesome!!

We have exciting updates on Big Easy!
He was weighed today, as we do every other Thursday with him, and we're so proud to exclaim:
BIGGIE HAS LOST A FULL 5 POUNDS!
He came in the Shelter at 32lbs, and today (with lots of hard work and some complaints) he has officially weighed in at 27lbs!
The first picture was taken in January when he first came in, what a doll!
Second picture was today!
Let's all cheer for Big Easy! Weight loss can be hard for all of us, even with the best support system, but always know-we're all beautiful like Big Easy!

Kitty Cottage Adoption Center's kitties sure has been getting spoiled! A dedicated volunteer and Girl Scout Cadette Siobhan decided to do her Silver Award by building an enrichment structure to benefit our residents! Projects like this keep our cats entertained, stimulated, and help to stave off boredom eating. This project was quite an undertaking, and many plans were discussed and reviewed! She worked hard, recruited some Troop mates, and made it happen! She also spends a lot of time volunteering with our kitties, we sure are lucky to have her dedication! Thank you so much Siobhan! Your work is amazing!

Just checking in with our local friends, did anyone lose a sweet tuxedo slightly older kitten? She’s so sweet that she may be from a home-a Good Samaritan brought her in and she is unchipped. ☹️

Let's hear it for the Boy Scouts!
Eagle Scout Projects are a wonderful way to give back to the community! We were lucky enough to be selected by this amazing scout for his project! He gathered donations, built sleeper beds and scratching posts, and volunteered for two days helping out around the Shelter! Is Kitty Cottage Adoption Center lucky or what?!? What an amazing day Friday was!
Kitty Cottage Adoption Center BROKE GROUND!!
