Milo is the sweetest boy! Waiting for his furever home!

Sweet boy Milo unfortunately returned to the shelter on Saturday (after 10/8) after staying with trainer Jeff Coltenback for the past two months in North Carolina. He was sad to leave Jeff and confused to return back to the shelter, but we are determined to get this deserving boy back into a home environment as soon as possible. 🤗 He is a fantastic dog who is ready to join a family.

-Fairly active (he loves to play fetch, run and hike)
-Neutered and UTD on shots
-Very eager to please

-Could likely live with another dog his size, preferably female

-Could live with children in a dog savvy home. His only vice is taking treats a bit too enthusiastically.

I’m trying to keep it together and find the right words. Paw Support Pet Care will be closing its imaginary doors at the end of this month. I will be contacting my current clients individually with specifics. Being an smaller than small business trying to keep up, restructure and just survive has been both a physical stretch and mental stretch. I can’t keep up. Thank you for supporting me for all of these years and trusting me with your fur babies. It has truly been an honor. Words cannot express my gratitude. Here are a few pictures of some of the babies through the years. Facebook cut me off. It has been an amazing journey.

Been in such a mood for I guess a few weeks. I can’t shake it. I’ve tried and it hasn’t passed. I guess I figured out why. This feeling. I miss this feeling. I love all my pup clients and I keep all the cards and trinkets because it reminds me that I’m appreciated. I’ve been so busy trying to restructure and lord knows I miss the fun. Found an old Christmas card from one of my clients. Blue was my buddy since he was a puppy. Enjoy pictures of this silly pumpkin butterscotch kiss! He’s getting up there now but boy puppyhood was nuts!

So I usually don’t get into much about my day job but I think I bit off more than I can chew with this one. This is Soma! He’s an owner surrender and the reason was because he was nipping and charging at the grandkids. So I thought if I took him out of that environment, things would be different. HA! Jokes on me! Day 1 He charged at me and nipped at me. Basically told me to F #%! myself every way possible! LOL! Wouldn’t eat, wouldn’t go to the bathroom. Completely shut down. Day 2 I got the leash around him, gave me majorly side eye and when I tried to run my hand down the leash. I got nipped. Introduced him to my pack. Day 3 Took him on a car ride. He knows the car. Loved the car. Even took a treat from my hand. Today Day 4 He’s eating and drinking like he’s home. He’s relaxing. Still getting to know him. He finally sat for a treat today on our pack walk. Which is huge cause he’s the king of go you know what yourself! LOL!

It’s very rare that I get the privilege to be part of the dogs life when they leave the shelter. He got to spend time with the pack. This pup right here is something special! His name is Breeze and he’s very popular!!! His dad loves him and he is spoiled which is what he deserves!

Part 2 of our Pupcation. Mommy went skydiving on Friday and the pups and I went to the dog park and hiking on Saturday. I feel blessed to be able to do this. I didn’t want to be sad this year. Chose to do something to celebrate life.

First part of our mini road trip. Finally get to take the boys on a road trip and spend time with them. I love ❤️ my boys so much! This is part 1 of my bucket list. Taking the boys somewhere! They gonna get to sleep in the bed with me and hang out and be dogs. We’re going hiking and having a nice lunch at a pet friendly restaurant! They gonna be mad!
