When it comes to massage, it sometimes takes multiple sessions to get the muscles to release.
Our muscles have this thing called muscle memory.
Muscle memory is great, but when it comes to muscle tension it works against us.
If the muscles fibers in the muscle become tight it stays that way due to muscle memory!
But with the help of massage and stretching we can retrain the muscle to let go of the tension and stay loose !

Pico getting some Pemf to help with his tight muscles 💪🏻 after training for an upcoming show ❤️

Poor Freddy somehow sprained his neck pretty badly and was unable to turn his head or put it down earlier this week. The sports medicine vet gave him some muscle relaxers, I did Pemf sessions on him all week and the Chiropractor 👨‍⚕️ adjusted him yesterday. Using multiple resources and modalities has helped Freddy feel so much better! This video was from a few days ago.
