My Fitness Hound

I've been a huge animal lover and advocate for the majority of my life. I've also been a vegetarian for over ten years now. I didn't do it for health reasons (that was just a benefit), but did it because I believe that ALL life is sacred and should be respected.

I'm currently a certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Wellness Coach. Being active and in shape is not only important for us, but for

our animal companions as well. Daily exercise and walks are crucial to the well-being and long life of our pets. This is the reason that I decided to make it my mission to create My Fitness Hound! I have been taking care of pets (mostly dogs) for several years now, both as favors to family and friends as well as paid side jobs. I don't use the word "work" as it really is more of a "calling" and my livelihood. I know that your companions mean the world to you, as I feel exactly the same about my dogs. That is why you can rest assured that your pet will be spoiled and well taken care of while under my supervision.
