🐾Happy New Year! 🐾

We have exciting news! We are back to full staff! Our part time Groomer Jen is now full time, and our assistant Brena is back from grooming academy. Chad is grooming full time as well. We are now able to accept new clients again. Tell all your family and friends! Thank you to all who have had patience with us for almost 2 years now. It was a rough stretch but because of amazing clients like you, we made it! We will be closed this weekend and will resume normal hours starting Monday, January 3rd. 585-348-9231

🐶Being a groomer is way more than just an occupation.
It is loving your dog, even if they hate everything you are doing to help them be more comfortable.
It is stroking an aggressive dog across their head just to let them know you mean no harm and love them, even if you know they could bite you horribly any second.
It's breathing in dander every day and knowing that possibly after years of doing this, you will probably get COPD from breathing in the dander and hair everyday.
It's getting carpel tunnel within 5-7 years from repetitive motion with our hands.
It's getting bitten and even though it hurts like hell and we have to get treated with antibiotics from the doctor, we still love and understand your dog.
It's shaving down a dog that is so matted it can't even see our face, that we see is so sad and aggressive and in pain, just to uncover the matts from their face and body to see an unbelievable smile.
This job is not a job. It is an exhausting passion.
Most groomers love your dogs more than you will ever know. We sacrifice our minds, patience, bodies every day to make your dogs happy.
We didn't do this job to cut hair. We did this job to love your animals. We don't wave a wand, we work. We sacrifice our bodies and minds for every day because we love what we do.
So if you are ever wondering what we do, now you know. We love your dogs. ❤️🐾🐾🐾🐾

5 years in a row!!!! Thank you for all of your support though out this past difficult year and through the past 10 years. It’s been very rewarding knowing that we have so much support from all of our canine friends. ❤️
