Happy Wednesday, I must see an up to date rabies vaccination record for any dog or cat over 6 months of age before I can groom them. Please be prepared to text it to me before your appt, or bring it with you to your appt. This is a state requirement. Please make sure your pet is up to date on this vaccine before you make a grooming appointment. If your pet is a patient at Sandwich Animal Hospital, please let me know, and I can get it for you.Thank you.

Good evening. I’d like to reiterate my policy on no shows ,and last minute cancellations. To rebook, you must pay the slot I held for you. That is a full groom price( or a bath depending on what service you booked). Things happen; people get sick, pets get sick, etc but when you don’t show or cancel last minute , I can’t fill the spot that quickly. It’s 24 hours for changes or cancellations. Thank you.

Happy Wednesday, Due to the recent influx of last-minute cancellations and changes for sedated groomings, I will now require prepayment. Please note that this payment is non-refundable; however, it can be applied toward a future grooming appointment if cancellation occurs in accordance with my policy, which requires 48 hours' notice for special circumstances, such as full sedation grooming that necessitates veterinary coordination.

Happy Thursday. I’ll be changing a few things in the new year. Your pet must be on a 6, 8, or 12 week schedule. Most are now. All appts are set up by text, so you’ll have your appt if you forgot when it was. You can just look at your text from me. I do take new clients , but I’ll only be taking cats and dogs under 30 lbs. New clients must have a credit card on file in case of a no show, or last minute cancellation. I’ll be updating my policy’s soon , as well. Thank you.
