If you have an appointment tomorrow and I have not mentioned rescheduling, please ignore this message.If I have rescheduled you or mentioned we had to reschedule. I will be getting back to everybody first thing in the morning. Unfortunately, my clipper vac broke over the weekend which is the biggest essential for me to be able to do haircuts due to my allergies and certain breeds I just couldn’t work until I got that fixed. On top of that my blow dryer also had died that same day.🙈BUT we are on the mend from those issues! So if you don’t hear from me by noon (08/21/2024) and if you’re waiting to hear back from you for grooming, definitely please feel free to reach out. Halloween Dye will be available starting August 27th🎃

Kobe is currently at an overnight stay , Pretty sure he's finally found a forever home

We rescued a baby bird

Screecher also found his forever home

The kitten we found the other week also went to her new home

We finally have answers for Megatron
She apparently has an e colli infection so all of the antibiotics we've tried for what we thought were complications from her crystals. She'll be starting 30 days of Amoxicillin fingers crossed 🤞

Y'all someone officially ruined it 🥺
All payments are now required to be done at drop off We will no longer be accepting Venmo or Cash app as payment. I will be also adding an additional $25 fee for puppies for boarding, since they do require additional care.🐾
We also will be adding an additional $25 fee if you book a boarding stay last minute which is less than a 72 hour notice 🐾
Anyone that knows us we really rely on the trust system here with our clients when it comes to paying their invoices but unfortunately , that's just no longer something we can offer.

Hey Guys! Just posting an update.
( All boarding is still welcome please just text before dropping off since drop off is a little different right now 💕😷)
I know a lot of my grooming clients have been rearranged due to my recent health issues lately and a lot of you were concerned the last time you saw me. So basically it's my asthma, and a sinus infection with strep throat. So we all know about my famous cat and dog allergy at this point lol So I'm on some pretty strong antibiotics and steroids. I'll be getting all of my scheduling and rescheduling done today for when it's safe to come back next week. I'll be keeping a few easier appointments such as nail trims and baths since Joe and Jess can do those. As always I always appreciate you guys 💕🐾

Thank you to my clients that understood us having to leave the shop affecting daycare and grooming . I received one of the scariest calls in the world! My neighbor called me and told me my parents house caught on fire. We had to rush there, My family and our are dogs okay! My sister was the only one home but my heart was in my stomach! Thank you Kaley Lynn for dragging my sister out of the house and making sure our dogs were good! And thank you so so much Conny Smith for calling me! Thank you Cierra Jaquin and Jessica VanVleck-Sims for taking care of Chyanne's Pet Palace during this very crazy experience!
