Me: Eswanti, it has been one week since you had your surgery to remove your front teeth. How do you feel?
Eswanti: I feel so much better! It doesn't hurt anymore and I am getting used to my tongue not being trapped. I think that was the biggest change.
Me: Your tongue has been very busy this week.
Eswanti: Your telling me? I couldn't keep it still and I was drenched!
Me: You are dry this morning, but your fur is crunchy. Perhaps we should do one final bath to clean you up?
Eswanti: Okay, but not until I finish this pumpkin and critical care. This is awesome!
Me: How about after I get home from work?
Eswanti: Oh, I can't remember if I said thank you to all the people that helped with my surgery. I feel so much better.
Eswanti is doing very well. During the past week he has been drooling heavily so he will be getting a bath and then a blow dry and brush out. Without front teeth, he will not be able to groom as well. We all know that bunnies typically should not have baths. This is one of the exceptions.
And no, I didn't hold the bowl for him to eat all that. That was for filming purposes only.
