Ophelia has been discharged but is still under extensive care. She is no where out of the woods yet and is receiving extreme supportive care to help keep her as stable as possible. We began intervention with her three siblings but unfortunately another sister, Doria, has started showing similar symptoms so we are throwing everything we can at both of them. We are currently in need of all sizes of gently used towels for our shelter animals - we’re almost out and getting more animals in each day! ❤️

We are open every day at 10am for donations at our 260 Wall Street, Eatontown NJ 07724 location 🐾 There is a blue or red bin either outside or inside the main entrance for easy drop off.

Specific donation hours:
Saturday - Tuesday 10am to 5pm
Wednesday - Friday 10am to 7pm
* The public adoption floor opens at 12pm 🐾

Dixie’s back!

Due to no fault of her own, Dixie is back at the shelter. She is as fabulous as ever, so if you missed out on your opportunity to adopt her, now’s your chance!!

Dixie is a 4 year old bloodhound. She is a handsome girl and a little on the small side for a bloodhound.

Dixie is very sweet, mild-mannered & knows her name. She knows sit & give paw. She’ll come to you and lean against you for cuddles.

Although small for a bloodhound, Dixie can pull when out for a walk but she is manageable with a harness. Typical of a hound, her nose is usually to the ground when on walks!

To meet this amazing gal, stop by the shelter - we’re open daily 12-3:30pm.
