At 3 weeks old, June’s puppies can see, hear, and walk! We always take it easy the week these senses switch on, because I believe that experiencing the world through these new senses is enough excitement. In the coming weeks, you’ll see more enrichment items in the puppies’ pen, and the space itself will expand as they grow. #letthefunbegin

They are starting to play for two minutes or so between nursing and napping. 🥰

Sugar Magnolia went to the library last night and the local school today. She loves to visit and listen. Here’s a sneak peak of a little bit of what she hears on her visits. Sometimes it’s very noisy. Often times the noise is joyful chatter about her or other dogs. Sometimes the kids are singing to her! 🥰

Among the greatest joys in my life are my son, therapy dog visits, and raising puppies. Today we brought all three of these things together at Granville Place. 💛🐶🥰 Brodie is 14.5 weeks old and had so many new and wonderful experiences today! Everyone was so kind to him, and every room he visited had their own temperature, scents, and sounds. Samson had an eventful afternoon at @eastamptonschool today. He went in costume as Bob Ross, because the whole school loved his Halloween costume last year so much. Another fun thing about this visit was that Samson got to go to band class for the first time where the students played him a tune. 🎵🎶🐩🎨🖌️🖼️🥰

Samson had the honor of joining Marlton Elementary School for Morning Meeting this morning! 🤩😍 After school, he tried on his Halloween costume. 🤣

Every week, we go to @eastamptonschool with the therapy dogs. This week, Sugar Magnolia had the opportunity to help a classroom of her friends learn about emotional regulation.
