Samson went to Marlton Elementary School today and loved holding hands with his little readers today. I don’t train my dogs to offer their paw, in fact I generally discourage it, but each student involved wanted to hold his paw, and in many cases initiated it. 🐶📚❤️

What a masterpiece this puppy is! He’s born to spread joy. He IS JOY! They say “money can’t buy happiness,” but I think Brodie’s family may have managed to do just that!

I knew from the first time I visited Brookdale Florence that the people were truly something special. Over the past two years, we’ve had the privilege of bonding with the residents, seeing Sara work her magic, and with their help we’ve shared, socialized, trained, and certified many therapy dogs. We look forward to our weekly visits with our friends and bonus grandparents at the happiest assisted living community in the world!

Sugar Magnolia went to the library last night and the local school today. She loves to visit and listen. Here’s a sneak peak of a little bit of what she hears on her visits. Sometimes it’s very noisy. Often times the noise is joyful chatter about her or other dogs. Sometimes the kids are singing to her! 🥰

Among the greatest joys in my life are my son, therapy dog visits, and raising puppies. Today we brought all three of these things together at Granville Place. 💛🐶🥰 Brodie is 14.5 weeks old and had so many new and wonderful experiences today! Everyone was so kind to him, and every room he visited had their own temperature, scents, and sounds. Brodie didn’t seem to notice anything but the people and this one cute dog statue. 😂😍 I think golden retriever puppies make everybody’s day brighter! 💛☀️💛 Wouldn’t you agree? #goldenretriever #goldenpuppy #goldennugget #therapydog #therapypuppy #puppyheadstart #puppymontessori

Samson had an eventful afternoon at @eastamptonschool today. He went in costume as Bob Ross, because the whole school loved his Halloween costume last year so much. Another fun thing about this visit was that Samson got to go to band class for the first time where the students played him a tune. 🎵🎶🐩🎨🖌️🖼️🥰

Today was such a wonderful day! Brookdale Florence invited us to bring some homeschooled kids for a field trip during our weekly therapy dog visit. We bring kids and dogs here a lot, but today was truly special! They painted a my new favorite shirt with their painted hands in a hug, then they taught the kids piano, sewing, and Spanish lessons!! 🥰 HOW LUCKY ARE WE?!

She leaves her Soaps to get them a treat every time. 🥰 Most therapy dog organizations do not allow this for liability reasons. This is very reasonable, but part of the reason we started @therapoodles was to be allowed to bend the traditional rules to expand on what can generally be offered. #therapydogs #therapydog #therapoodles

We hosted Therapy Dog Yoga with Stacey from @calmingfrog yoga studio this weekend for an outdoor yoga session with the @therapoodles 🧘🐶💞 We had so much fun yesterday that we are doing it again next Sunday at ten am! #therapydogs #privatedogpark #outdooryoga #yogawithdogs #therapoodles #therapydog #mindfulness

Today was Piper’s last visit before school starts, so we took a bunch of dogs with us to @brookdaleliving in Florence.
