If you are looking for a pet and people safe w**d killer, look no further! 1 gallon white vinegar, 2 cups table salt, 1/4 cup Dawn. Let it sit for a few minutes in sprayer, then give a good shake to mix. I couldn’t be happier with the results and it keeps my furry and feathered friends safe!!

In case anyone needs a rabies vaccine for their pet! Preregistration is recommended.

The Caroline County Health Department is sponsoring a Drive-Thru Rabies Clinic at the Health Department (403 S. 7th St, Denton) on Tuesday, September 27, from 5PM to 7PM.

Pre-registration is highly encouraged and can be done online at https://bit.ly/3QNL31F or by phone at (410) 479-8045.

Cost is $5 per pet. Only cats, dogs, and ferrets will be vaccinated. Animals must be under the complete control of a responsible adult at all times. Dogs must be on a leash, cats and ferrets must be tethered to their carrier/cage. Proof of prior rabies vaccination is required in order to receive a 3-year rabies shot. If unable to provide, the pet will only receive a 1-year shot.
