It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that a former staff member, whom we hired as a newly licensed groomer and dedicated over two years to training, has decided to branch out on his own. Unfortunately, he has reached out to some of our cherished clients, encouraging them to follow him to his new business.
This news has deeply saddened us. When we started our business, it was just one groomer and a little savings, fueled by passion and hard work. Over the years, we have poured our heart and soul into building this establishment, and it is now what it is today-thanks to the unwavering support from clients like you.
We truly value each one of you, whether you have been with us from the beginning or have joined us more recently. Your loyalty and trust mean the world to us, and we are committed to continuing to provide you with the highest level of service and care.
