Through specialized training, she now offers compassionate end-of-life care, bringing comfort to pets and their owners. Kayla is also a Certified Pet Loss and Grief Support Specialist. Important Pet Health Update!

We’ve seen a rise in cases of parvovirus in dogs and panleukopenia in cats. These diseases are serious but severe illness is almost entirely preventable through vaccination!

Here’s what you need to know:

Parvovirus: A highly contagious virus affecting dogs, causing severe vomiting, diarrhea, and dehydration. It can be fatal if left untreated.

Panleukopenia: A serious viral infection in cats, leading to fever, vomiting, and a rapid decline in health. Panleukopenia can be fatal, particularly in young kittens.

Vaccinating your pets is crucial in preventing these illnesses. Make sure your pets are up to date on their vaccines to keep them safe and healthy!
