Edit: FOUND!!! 💜💜

SGI folks!
“URGENT: Our puppy went missing at 8 PM Saturday. Please help us find her. My son is so upset. She got startled and ran out the door. It was right after a bath so she doesn’t have her collar on. Please keep an eye out in the Plantation - near 1820 Plantation Pass. We are on the beach and don’t know if she headed down the beach or towards back side of the home. We will pay a reward! Please share this post - her name is Harper. Calll or text 850-933-1514 if you find her. 💛”

Morning everyone!

We will be open today, September 30th!
We would appreciate your continued patience as we return back and get through what I’m sure is an abundance of emails and voicemails.

It appears Franklin county as a whole was exceptionally lucky with hurricane Helene.

Our hearts go out to everyone, from Perry, to Valdosta, up to Western Carolina and East Tennessee. They have experienced an unfathomable catastrophic event.

Keep them in your thoughts.

Hey all!

Keep a close eye on the weather this week! This has a possibility of turning into something worrisome.

Here's the latest tropical weather outlook. We are continuing to monitor an area in the northwest Caribbean Sea for development over the next few days. The National Hurricane Center has a 40% chance of development over the next 2 days and 80% percent chance of development over the next 7 days. This system is expected to strengthen while moving northward into the Gulf of Mexico, bringing potential storm surge, heavy rainfall, and strong winds to portions of the northern gulf coast, Florida panhandle, and the Florida west coast later this week. It is too soon to specify the exact location and magnitude of these impacts, so residents should monitor the latest forecast updates and ensure that they have their hurricane plan in place. Follow the latest from https://www.nhc.noaa.gov/.

Stay cool everyone! Keep an eye on the outside time your fur baby has. Heat strokes are a very real and preventable issue! If you’re an avid dog walker, check how hot the pavement or sidewalk with the back of your hand before you let their paws on it. try walking closer to sunrise and sunset (Bears permitting 🐻). As someone once said before, “don’t walk farther than the distance you’re able to carry your dog back.”

Stay safe!

Hey all!
Fourth of July is around the corner! In the area, it goes from July 1st to July 4th ( Apalachicola, Carrabelle, Eastpoint, and St George Island)

If your furbaby has noise phobia, now is the time we highly recommend either refilling your medications, or make an appointment to see what would be best prescribed.

Fourth of July and New Years more dogs go missing than other time of the year due to fear of the noise, and they bolt out doors, or get through fences ect.

They don’t understand what’s going on, they just think the world is exploding!

Call us today if you have any questions, need refills, or need an appointment! Any refills, we have to have seen that pet within the past year.
