Jiggly Aquarium Pops Recipe

🛒 Ingredients:

- 2 cups clear apple juice or white grape juice (for transparency)
- 2 tbsp unflavored gelatin (about 2 packets)
- 2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
- Gummy fish, gummy sharks, or ocean-themed gummies
- Blue food coloring (optional for ocean tint)
- Edible glitter or shimmer dust (optional for sparkle)
- Silicone molds or small clear cups
- Popsicle sticks (optional)

👩‍🎨 Directions:

1. In a saucepan, heat 1 cup juice over low heat until warm but not boiling.
2. Sprinkle the gelatin over the warm juice and whisk continuously until fully dissolved.
3. Add the remaining 1 cup juice, honey or sugar (if using), and a drop of blue food coloring if you want a soft ocean tint. Stir to combine.
4. Sprinkle in a pinch of edible glitter for a shimmering water effect.
5. Place 1–2 gummy fish into each silicone mold or cup. Pour the gelatin mixture over the gummies, ensuring they are fully submerged.
6. Refrigerate for 4–6 hours or until fully set and jiggly.
7. Carefully remove from molds or cups. Your Jiggly Aquarium Pops are ready to wiggle, jiggle, and swim into your next party
