HAPPY VETERINARY TECHNICIAN WEEK 🐕 🐈

This is Whitney AKA Whittles!

She has been with us for 12 years now and graduated from Miami Jacob's with a veterinary technician degree.

In her free time you'll find her doing different activities with her family specially her daughter Kenlee, going on hikes and watching super hero movies.

What she enjoys most in her field is taking the "grandparent" roll by snuggling/ playing with the pets then getting to send it back home with its parents.

This is John!

He has been with us for 6 years now. He is our jack of all traits (master of non as he would say) He works as a technician, front desk, repair man, IT guy you name it he more than likely helps with it.

In his free time he like to work with LEGO, help family work on different projects they have going on.

He enjoys working with people and meeting people and their pets.

She has been with us got a few months and is also enrolled in the Penn foster veterinary technician program.

In her free time you will find her crafting, spending time with her family, and taking walks with her animals.

She is looking forward to learning more about animals and helping with client education on how to take the best care of their pets!

In honor of our week this week We will be highlight each technician that is apart of the team at Creature Comforts.

This is Haley!

She has been working with us now for a year and is currently enrolled Penn Foster for the veterinary technician program.

In her free time you'll find her working on her new home with her partner Ryan, playing with her puppy, and spending time outdoors.

She is looking forward to getting her degree and becoming for confident in her career.

Hello all

Someone in our community is needing a little help with their pet. Dr Hickey is willing to donate her time, we are just trying to cover the cost of materials and medications. So we are asking for your help, if able a small donation to our clinic for this case would be greatly appreciated. We can take donations over the phone or in person.

It takes a village sometimes to help and we appreciate any help that we can get, allowing us to help out when we can.

We hope your holiday is just as relaxing as Graysons spa day today!

REMEMBER
1. Keep pets inside during fireworks.
2. Walk them out on a leash for potty break to help prevent them from getting spooked and running off.
3. If you're using calming medication make sure to read directions and give 30 minutes before.

We will be back in the office on Monday July 8th. Please be mindful of the staff and let the. have a much needed break.

Friendly reminder that the 4th of July is less than 30 days away!! Make sure you call to get anxiety medication for those nervous four legged babies in ADVANCE! We want to make sure we help out as much as possible but we cant guarantee that we will have it if you don't call early!

Also be sure to keep your pet INSIDE!

Recommended to have them on a leash when out side the week of the 4th as well as the week after just incase someone is letting off fireworks that you're not aware of.

Keep curious pets away from fireworks and sparklers
