A week ago today Mikey was running on this trail with Annie & I.
We miss Mikey but we feel his spirit with us…..this was his favorite place to explore. Today was Annie’s and my first walk without her sidekick. It will never really feel the same again. But Annie had fun… and she will always get Mikey’s treat as well as hers. 💙❤️

This is painful to post. I had to say goodbye to my buddy Mikey.
I’ve been walking Mikey (& his sister Annie) for almost 8 years, multiple times every week. We have explored so many beautiful trails together in all 4 seasons, year after year. But unfortunately, due to an unexpected injury, Mikey is no longer running by my side on the trails, but he is running pain free in Heaven. I am heartbroken for his mom, who loved him dearly, as I did. I will miss him more than words can describe. Rest in Peace sweet buddy! Run free, run fast! ❤️ So grateful for Mikey and the times we had together. 😇🥰

My heart is heavy. 💔 Lacie was 16 years and 4 months. I am so grateful for the time I was able to spend with her, and she will be missed terribly. Her life hasn’t always been an easy one but her mama stepped in and embraced her with so much love and affection when she needed it most. Please send healing thoughts and prayers to her family.
