At our shelter last night this couple decided to dump a box full of kittens outside to sit in the cold. We do have other cameras. We will be pulling those this afternoon. This is cruel as all you had to do was call the shelter for surrendering or support. Very sad morning at the shelter as this box opened and a kittens ran away.
