A perfect example of the benefits of routine maintenance. This annual customer my have the cleanest shelter in the Okc metro! Even still, these Fiddle-back spiders always seem to find a way in. Good thing we use quality traps to keep them under control.

Spending time in your shelter can be uncomfortable if you aren't prepared. The hard smooth walls can create an especially unpleasant echo for those with sensitive ears (children, pets, and those with hearing aids). Though a carpet liner helps with this, most spiders (wolf and brown recluse) like to hide underneath it. We recommend keeping your rug rolled up next to your shelter to be placed in the shelter right before you enter.

Though more difficult to clean than the painted steel shelters, these galvanized steel shelters definitely withstand the test of time. We have yet to see a galvanized shelter with rusted walls.
