Puppy Paws Inclimate Weather Promise:

Puppy Paws will remain open in all weather conditions. We are especially available for all first responders who may be working longer hours to serve our community, because we want to serve them!

All first responders receive a 15% discount on services at Puppy Paws 🐾

We always have staff at both Edmond and NW OKC campuses for the dogs who are boarding with us, no matter the weather. This is our essential service, and our boarding guests are our top priority; they will be given the same excellent care as they receive on sunny days!

For safety reasons, we may issue a delayed start for non-essential services only, which are daycare, grooming, and training. We’ll assess the need daily and post updates on our social media. If a delay is necessary, services will begin at 10 AM.

Please stay safe as you arrive!

If we need to close our non-essential services early to ensure our daycare doggies and staff can get home safely before inclimate weather arrives, we will contact all puppy parents directly for pickup instructions and we will individually reschedule all grooming appointments as needed.

Due to the snowy weather, and the safety of our staff and clients, we are canceling all non-essential services, including grooming, training, and daycare, for today, Friday, 1/10.

Boarding will remain open and all boarding dogs will continue with their days as usual. Rest assured, we are ready to welcome all of our incoming boarding guests today! 🐾

We’re all about keeping the fun going, even when the temperatures drop! ❄️

While the winter chill sets in, rest assured we have all the precautions in place to keep your furry friends safe, warm, and happy.

Here’s what we’re doing to ensure your dog’s comfort:

•If it’s below 32°F, outdoor time is limited to just 10 minutes at a time to protect those paws from the cold.
•No water play during chilly days, but fresh drinking water is always available!
•Our attentive staff is extra watchful during outdoor play to ensure everyone’s well-being.
•Our heated playrooms provide a cozy haven where your pup can play, socialize, and burn off that winter energy!

No need to worry about the cold—bring your pup to Puppy Paws for a warm, fun-filled day! 🐶❤️
