Babies got to go outside in the big wide world today. Some more eyes are opening! The wagon ride in the grass & on the pavement simulates movement in the car. Adding this little bit of stress and recovery to their system at this age, helps them to be more tolerant of the motion and stress of car or airplane travel later in life. All puppies did great! They recovered nicely and settled right back in with mama after their outing. Cutie Patootie…Miss Star 💛 was completely zonked and ready for a good long nap!

A little late, but Happy National Rottweiler Day! These chonkers had a busy day. They went to their vet visit along with mama Hailey & uncle Boaz. All are healthy! Pups also got their tails and rear dew claws removed. They’re getting chubbier by the minute it seems! 🥰

Update: We are sad to say that our little buddy passed away. He was just too tiny to keep up the fight. We are of course grieved by the loss, but we know this is also a part of life and are grateful for so much even in our sorrow.

“Sergeant Smalls” has our hearts! He was born at just 220g. As he has grown more lethargic and has only gained 15g since birth, we decided to intervene and begin tube feedings. He has successfully received several feedings today and has shown us he’s a fighter! He has begun to cry & crawl around again and even gave us the most adorable little yip shortly after his last feeding. We are dedicated to his care and even took him with us on an unavoidable 5hr excursion in the car to be sure he gets proper care! Send up some puppy prayers for this little sweetie! 💙
