Whiskey working on heeling past a fence that had holes cut out in it for the dogs to stick their heads through and huge gaps in the fence. Whiskey is reactive to dogs and people on walks. This is a huge accomplishment for him. Whiskey weighs 140lbs. He weighs more than his owner. If heās out of control, he would be difficult for anyone to handle. Having control and obedience was huge for his mom. This was huge for whiskey because he needs to be able to go on walks and his mom needs to feel safe walking him.
Maverick is a super smart boy. Maverick came to me because he was impossible for his owner to walk. He would loose his mind barking and lunging at other dogs. Maverick got labeled by another trainer as aggressive. Hereās the thing, he was never aggressive. Just reactive and loud. When I met Maverick, I never saw a problemā¦ I saw a huge amount of potential. Last night we did a lesson and I asked if she had started walking the two of them together again. Mavericks mom said she hadnāt. Well what better of an opportunity to work on Mavericks off leash heel with his sister. As you can see, Maverick showed off and showed his mom what he is capable of. When we first started training, this wasnāt a goal. The goal was to walk Maverick and have control. Mavericks mom has been dedicated and worked hard to get Maverick to this point. Heās definitely a super star for sure. #labradoodle #offleash #offleashlife #offleashtraining #obedience #dogtraining
Miss Revna went to the dog show today. Would you believe me if I told you Revna used to not be well behaved around other dogs. She used to bark and zero in on them. Revna was able to go to the dog show today because her dad and family has worked very hard to get her to this point. Revna has never been to the fair grounds before. She has never been to a place this crowded before and she has never been around this many dogs before. Revna did fantastic and she showed that she is ready to start going to higher traffic areas. This little trip to the dog show may not seem like a big deal but it absolute was for her dad and for her. She showed her dad what she can do and her dad is confident that she can handle situations like this. #dogtraining #rescuedog #huskymix #intraining

Revna
Revna is learning how to heel and focus on her dad instead of all the distractions around. Revna has only had a few lessons and already come a lot way. Fortunately for Revna, her brother and sister are Thunder Pup graduates so their mom knew what to do in the beginning. Revna is doing phenomenal.
Odin
This may not seem like a huge deal but for Odin it is. Just walking on leash with a lot of distractions was huge for him. Odin didnāt like going through door ways, or loading into the car. These basic tasks, that most take for granted, Odin did not feel like he needed to adhere to such rules like walking on leash and loading into the car. Odins family really struggled with these basic tasks. When Odin felt leash pressure, he would throw himself backwards and pancake on the ground in protest. Walking on leash was not enjoyable for him or his family.
Odin is still a baby (7 months old) but he is a big boy and will only get bigger, so him understanding walking on leash, doorways, and loading into the car was incredibly important.
Odin loves going places now and he is game for any adventure I have thrown at him.
Odin is a show dog too so again, leash manners and car rides are imperative for him to understand. Odin now knows the car leads to fun places and walking on leash nicely, is actually a lot of fun.
We canāt wait to see all the stuff Odin will do in the future.
