Welcome Chloe to rescue - she is about 8 months old and sweet as pie! She is good with medium to large size dogs. Due to being a 95 lb puppy, she may be a little much for small dogs. It is unknown at this time if she is cat friendly. She would do OK in a home with older kids; she's too much puppy for kids under 8.

Abbey is finished with her heartworm treatment and ready for adoption! We estimate her around 5 years old. She is good with dogs and cats. Abbey is definitely more of a home-body than an out on the town kind of dog. If you're looking for a companion to hang out with you at home, this is your girl! We don't have any history of her with kids so not recommended for homes with young children. You can read more about her and fill out an application on our website www.gpmr. org

We're still looking for fosters for these two Mastiffs. Our fostering states are OK, AR, MO, and TX. One male and one female. Estimated 2-3 years old, housebroken, seem fine with medium to large dogs but not recommended for small pets. Currently at a vet office near Little Rock AR. We prefer to keep together but will separate if no one will take them both. Please contact us via direct message or email [email protected] if you can help! Rescue covers all costs!

These 2 Mastiffs were found as strays last weekend in Jacksonville AR and currently serving a stray hold at one of our partner vets. We suspect they were dumped in a neighborhood as no owner has come forward, or reported these 2 missing at the shelters/vet's offices we've called, and we can't find any social posts about them being missing. They are not microchipped or wearing any ID. Both are adult Mastiffs and appear to be a bonded pair. We're seeking a foster or foster to adopt home for them together in one of our covered states (AR, MO, OK or TX). Both dogs tested positive for heartworms so it would be a 3-4 month foster commitment to get them through their treatment. GPMR will cover all expenses. As you can see they are great with people and dog evaluation is pending. If you can help please send us a direct message or email [email protected]

This is our new boy Winston, he turns 3 in April and looking for a forever home. He would do best in an adult only home and with someone who has giant breed rescue dog experience. He is such a loyal pup and smart as well! He is currently fostered in Abilene, TX. We'll post a link to his bio in the comments. This is Gaspar, he is a 5 year old male when his owner moved out of the country and could not bring him. He is about 160 lbs and has a front leg deformity so he essentially is 3-legged. Located in Wagoner, OK: Meet Chuck! He is an 11 month old Mastiff mix and weighs 80 lbs. Unfortunately he lost his home when his owner left him behind in an apartment. He is currently staying with a family friend and they are desperately trying to find Chuck a new home. He is reported playful with the other dogs there but his size and energy is overwhelming the smaller dogs. He is crate trained as well. He has not received much basic training and needs a home where they can handle his puppy energy and work on teaching him the basics. He has a lot of love to give and will be a faithful companion!

Located in Wichita, KS: Mishka (Russian for 'little bear') is a 21 month old Mastiff and German Shepard mix. She is a female, spayed, up to date on all vaccinations, flea medicine, heart worm protection, and large breed vitamins.

Mishka is a gorgeous deep honey short-hair that resembles a female Scooby-doo with dark eyeliner. She loves to be loved but needs to be with someone that can handle her weight (as she likes to stand up on you). She is mainly an outside dog but has the option to go in and out of my heated garage at will. Please note that she doesn't like cats and is very prey driven due to being mainly outside.

Her owner has other dogs that she plays very well and hard with - so much so that the husky is injured for overexerting herself and needs extra care. Her owner can't handle Mishka anymore as she outweighs her now by 10 pounds. Her owner states she will do best as the single dog (as she prefers to be the alpha).
