"Bennie was adopted as a 1 year old stray and became his mom’s best friend for 14 years. He loved peanut butter, car rides, rolling on the floor after walks, and burrowing under blankets. Our hearts are broken, but oh so full of the wonderful memories he made with us.

Thank you so much to the kind people at Compassion 4 Paws for their kindness during this difficult time, especially Dr. Nicole. Our baby boy isn’t in pain any more.

Rest well, sweet Bennie. You were the best boy."

Compassion 4 Paws is proud to offer Comfort Care! 🐾

What is Comfort Care? Dr. Sara and her team provide personalized comfort care tailored to each pet's specific needs, working closely with the family to create a plan that fits. Since every pet is unique, each care plan is customized, sometimes including medications for pain and nausea as well as nutritional advice. Being in the pet's home allows us to better observe their true comfort or pain levels. Additionally, in-home visits give us the opportunity to suggest improvements to their environment. We will also perform a quality-of-life assessment during the visit, equipping you with the tools to evaluate your pet’s discomfort and help you decide when the time is right to say goodbye. 🌈

For questions or for more information on our Comfort Care consultations, please visit our website or reach out to speak with a Care-Coordinator. 🩵

The holidays can be especially stressful for senior pets. Help keep them safe and comfortable by maintaining familiar routines, offering a quiet space away from guests, and monitoring access to tempting, but potentially dangerous, foods and decorations. A little extra care can go a long way in supporting their comfort and well-being.

Wishing your family a safe and happy holiday season. 🐾💚
