Doggie Style will be closed until July 22. We had to move out of our condo for two weeks due to a major electrical project so we decided to hit the road with Betty and Birtha. Be back soon. We will be checking messages.

If you are 15 min or later we will turn you away. Keep in mind that we are booked out 3 months in advance and I turn people away daily so it is not easy to find a spot to reschedule you. You receive a confirmation at time of booking and a reminder 48 hours in advance so unless you have a true emergency (think, your car is on fire 😅) you will be turned away. For those of you that think I should call after you are late to remind you again of your appointment time, it adds hours to my day by the time you finally get here, so we are not doing that. You also may be charged for your missed appointment since I have so little space and turning multiple people away daily. Today, I have had THREE no shows. I know people are overbooked with their hectic personal schedules, but consider how this affects our business. I hate these rant texts, but I don't know how else to reach a large mass of people.

I just want to quickly say that we are unable to take new clients at this time. We are completely overwhelmed with new client requests as there is another ( that makes 4) groomer out of commission in the valley. I am not sure people understand that I have bathers but I do ALL the grooming myself and I do 15 to 18 dogs every single day. It is not personal if I say I can not take you. This work is very difficult, especially on our bodies. We are not robots. Our hands, backs and legs take a beating everyday and we are doing our best. We appreciate your business but we are not equipped to handle the amount of requests we receive daily. Thank you for your understanding.

Just a reminder that we are crazy busy ALL the time. We are grooming over a 100 dogs a week and it's mostly just Andy and I with some help from our amazing high school employee some days. Please be patient and understand how busy we truly are! We always do our best to get you all booked in a timely manner.

Update: Someone has come forward to the person who was looking for the foster. I'll keep you posted if it doesn't work out.

Looking for someone to foster a frenchie for a couple weeks. Possible re home if it works out. There is nothing wrong with the dog. The owner is in the hospital with Covid and is elderly. The dog is a female and currently resides in Carbondale.

Just an update. Andy and I are both home with Covid. We both have severe sinus pressure and headaches making it hard to move. I made the mistake of working Wednesday and that led to a trip to the Dr yesterday. We will be back asap and try to take care of all the missed appointments. We appreciate your patience.

I apologize for any confusion yesterday (10/28). I came down with the flu hard on Friday eve and have been out of commission. If you were scheduled, we will make it up to you. Go get your flu shots people, this one was brutal.
