Today the first puppy went home, “Derek” is going to live with my son Mason and his wife Alexis…. I am excited because this is the first time I get to see a puppy of mine grow up ❤️

Lately my FB reels have been so full of cockapoo videos and I am so excited for this breed to be this popular again. Such sweet dogs. They are actually a doodle, but they started in the 1960’s so way before the doodle craze, so they became cockapoos .

This is the last week with this litter and they are been so fun to watch grow. This is Willow’s first litter and she did amazing. So amazing that she never wanted to wean them, she still just wants to be with them, but it’s hard because they still will nurse if she’s with them….lol

Vet visit today…health checks, dewormed, first shots and all microchipped….they did so good, not a peep out of any of them during all of that;)

Prettiest eyes I’ve ever seen in a litter, I’ve only ever had blue eyes in the merle puppies, but they were black with merle and these are brown with merle. Willow had hazel eyes as a pup and dad is a merle so carries blue eyes, some of these puppies may keep blue eyes as they are genetically lighter. Usually if they are ice blue at this age they may stay blue, but they may turn hazel or maybe brown…time will tell but for now enjoy these puppy faces! ( they constantly play in the water so they look a little wet/greasy…hahaha)

Yay…all of the Greys ‘s Anatomy litter has been reserved…..Izzy found a home today with Sidney….yay Izzy! Tomorrow will be bath day, be on the lookout for clean floofy puppy pics;)

What a great weekend…lots of puppy playtime outside and exploring indoors too…all the puppies have deposits except for little Izzy…. a super sweet red buff female with a brown nose is still available. Raised inside our home with great socialization, dew claws removed, dewormed and will have first shots and health care exam by my vet. Contact me for more info. We can schedule a video call to see Izzy run and play with her litter mates.

Pup-dates…George, Cristina and Derek all have homes…still looking are Izzy, Alex and Meredith. They are getting more playful and wrestle and tackle each other. Their fur is growing longer and fluffier.

The puppies played outside today, not sure about the grass, but they had fun exploring a little.

These cockapoos are too cute…little brown noses and they are getting wavy..I believe Meredith will keep a blue eye …puppies still available -

Meredith - red girl with white
Izzy- red/buff girl
Alex- dark solid red boy
George- cream boy

They are getting so fun, running around, playing with toys and wrestling each other. Their little faces resemble a chunky little cocker face. They get held and snuggled daily, very socialized. Go home 8/17.

Pup-Dates…..today my first pick family chose the merle female, so Maggie Mae will be going home with Dylan and Josie. Yay for Maggie ( aka Cristina) The merle male, Derek, will be living with my son and DIL, yay Alexis and Mason. I am waiting to hear back if the cream boy George has found a home here locally.

So we have Meredith, red/buff female with white on her back paws, neck, belly and face , a solid dark red male, Alex, the smallest of litter and a red/buff girl Izzy are all still looking for a new 🏡

F1 cockapoos expected adult size 16-23 pounds with a go home date weekend of August 17th.

Pup-dates- a bunch of new stuff this week….learning to walk, working on sitting up, and starting to bark. They were sleepy for photos tonight, George wouldn’t even hold his own head up and Cristina was holding on to my hand with her front paws

Willow had her puppy X-rays today…he thinks he’s seeing 6 puppies…if you look you’ll see skulls and spines…..

So Willow came into heat, but just my luck the stud I had lined up went on vacation for 2 weeks and I was left studless. I was unable to find stud quickly that had the proper color genes and not just offer me a 100% black litter. She did have a few dates with my Charlie, but when he was checked 6 months ago and he had spontaneously become unable, for no known reason, to sire puppies. So fingers crossed that maybe something changed with that. We will know more in the upcoming weeks, if by chance Willow will have puppies. Due date would be Sept 21-23, so I may have an ultrasound to double check her the end of August and keep you posted.
