Our son, Jerry Robbins and his wife Kassie Renae Robbins, who live in Alamogordo New Mexico, are also making face shields for Medical professionals and have donated 15 to two nursing homes in Kingfisher, OK.

Call for Help !!

Anyone with a 3d printer in Knox Co, Daviess Co, Sullivan Co, Greene Co and anyone close that would want to help print Face Shields with us.

I will supply the files and filament. All you have to do is print.

The demand is more than my 5 printers can make.

Let me know what printers you have, even if you are having a hard time with it, I can help you get it going.

Hello everyone, with the Covid-19 getting ready to ramp up in our area we decided to fire the 3D printers back up to see if we could help with PPE FaceShields.

Our first delivery was made to John Streeter - Knox County Emergency Management director on the evening of Friday Apr 3. We donated and delivered 90 FaceShields for him to disperse as needed.
This first round of shields the headbands were printed by us and the plastic shield material and time cutting was donated by Jim and Tony over at Ewing Printing Company so if you have the time send them a Thank you on their page, it would be appreciated. You never know we might need some more.

The Second round of FaceShields are printing now, it is a different design to make printing faster and the shield easily replaceable by the user with a 3 hole punch. We should be at 100 more Monday evening.

15 of these are designated for Greene County Community Corrections.

20 of these are designated for Greene County General Hospital

If there is anyone or organization that is in need of FaceShields let us know. We would like to keep it strictly to Medical professionals, and First Responders at this time, as they are in dire need and directly on the front lines.

We are at approximately 30 per day at full capacity. But we are running low on elastic, we have enough to do this set of 100 so if anyone knows where to get 3/4 inch or has some they want to donate it would also be appreciated. It takes 8 inch's per shield.

Hello everyone! Sorry we've been pretty quiet here lately, in light of that, I will explain. In the throws of winter, frigid temps, on February 3rd we had a fire. It destroyed all of our banners, sublimation printers, all of the 3D printers, all flexies, groots, nightlights, lamps, personal items etc. Pretty much everything we had regarding 3Dead Designs and then some. All that we had left were a few things that our son had taken back to Iowa with him in hopes of doing a few craft shows there. Thankfully it was in a seperate building that sat about 12 feet from our actual house...our home was spared. We are ok and have started replacing supplies to still be able to make things for friends. We have been soul searching through all of this as to what capacity we want to move forward. I apologize for not getting this sooner but it's been pretty hard to see it all gone after countless hours of blood,sweat, tears and memories that we threw into it. We were able to go to Chicago with the Plinko board that was being stored in an outside trailer, but quite frankly, it just wasn't the same as having our booth with all of our fun stuff we were so proud of. While it was amazing to see so many of our Walker Stalker friends and family that we had missed throughout the winter, it was a very melancholy situation. Thank you all for everything. We love you ❤️
