I am sad to say that FFR will be closing due to the difficulties the pandemic has caused.

I want to thank all of our volunteers and supporters over the years from the bottom of my heart. This organization benefitted thousands of individuals struggling with trauma, mental illness and addictions. I am proud to have led such an amazing group of people and dogs.

We are having a farewell party this coming Sunday, December 5 from noon to 2pm at Dog Sports at Kim's in Caseyville, IL. Lunch will be provided and there will be dog games. Please RSVP to [email protected] by Wed. Dec. 1 if you want to attend. Let us know number of people and dogs. Anyone that has supported us in any way over the years is welcome to attend.

We need your help! FFR is looking for a plot of land or space we can renovate to be donated for our use. We have a donor that can help us if we can find the space. Our return from shutdown due to covid includes some new programs, but we need space for these operations.
