Before, during, and after!✨

I think Chester's smile speaks volumes!

After his groom was done, he smiled and strutted around while waiting for his dad to arrive. It's clear that Chester loves his new look after I finish grooming him!

Chester's patience, along with that of my other clients, has been essential in helping me improve my beginner grooming skills. I am deeply grateful to Chester, his family, and my other clients for their understanding and support!

Hey everyone! We wanted to take a moment to remind you it sometimes takes us 24-48 hours to respond. If you haven’t heard from us in that time, please message us again!

1️⃣. The quickest and best way to get ahold of us is through TEXT message. If you are a new client please send a text with your first and last name, your dog's breed and age, and when you’re wanting to schedule for. Answering phone calls isn’t always possible because we work with our hands and often have back-to-back appointments. We rarely even schedule a lunch break for ourselves 😅.

After work hours, we switch to mom mode as we all have a toddler and/or infant at home. Getting an uninterrupted phone call at home is just as hard, if not harder, than when we are at work. Texting allows us to respond and gather the information we need between dogs or during those few seconds when our kid(s) are busy.

2️⃣. Our second best option is to request an appointment online: https://www.vagaro.com/us04/pawsleys
There is a section for “appointment notes” where you can add info about your dog's breed, grooming history, etc. Many of our clients use this option and it seems to work well for them and us!

3️⃣. Our third best option is to message us here on Facebook! As stated before, please give us 24-48 hours to respond, and if you don’t hear from us by then, PLEASE text or message again!! We usually answer fairly quickly, but just in case, don’t be afraid to send another message!

If you do call, which is 100% fine and accepted, and we aren’t able to answer, please leave a short detailed message. I can’t promise a call or response back if a voicemail is not left. The amount of scam calls we get that don’t register as scam calls is ridiculous 😒.

⭐️ Please do NOT stop by the shop to schedule an appointment. Not all of the dogs we work with are kind or accepting of strangers, and it often gets the dogs very worked up. Plus, we're usually in the middle of grooming sessions and have a tight schedule to keep. It's not efficient for us to pause our work, as some dogs take a while to acclimate to the process. We have our phone number posted on our door and business cards on the ledge by the door for your convenience! I promise we're not intentionally ignoring anyone—we want you to be our clients!!

We just wanted to update and remind you all on the best way to get ahold of us. And just a gentle reminder that we are all doing our best to balance work and home life. As always thank you for your understanding and patience! You guys are truly the best!🤍
