What better way to spend Valentine's Day than curled up with your furever Valentine 💕

These sweet, playful brothers are looking for their furever Valentine's. They are currently in a foster home with other cats and dogs and are doing well.

They are 3 months old.

Their adoption fees are $65 each or $120 for the pair. They will come current on their age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, felv/fiv tested, and neutered. To apply fill out our adoption application.

Jack and Sally are finally ready to find furever 🩷

This adorable duo are the siblings to Dove and Yam. They were all found together wrapped in a sheet on the side of the road as 3 week old babies. They were bottle fed by fosters and now are ready to go to their furever homes!

Sally the smallest of the bunch survived fading kitten syndrome and has taken a bit longer to be adoptable. Her brother Jack has stuck by her side through everything and would love to be able to stay with her for the rest of her life. These guys are currently in a foster home with other cats and dogs! They are perfect for any home!

Bella 💝

This sweet girl has been in our care for 317 days now and she is getting depressed 😔

Bella was one of our animal cruelty cases last year. Her case was a rough one and shortly after she ended up having teeth removed as well as a nasty bout of pancreatitis. She is in good health now and on a special diet. While Bella would love a furever home, she would also just love to get out of the shelter.

We are looking for a potential foster home for our sweet senior girl. She does well with dogs and cats, and would love a home to relax in. She currently sleeps for most of the day but we believe she would thrive in a foster home ❤️

Kendall and Kylie are ready to live life in style 😎

These young ladies were found freezing outside and brought in by a Good Samaritan. They are the most snuggly loving kittens. They put in overtime at the biscuit factory.

Kendall came in with a broken tail and we are currently working with our vet on possibly amputation. These girls would love to find a home together soon so Kendall can have a cozy recovery.

Aurora is looking for a Valentine 💝

Aurora is a sweet calm young lady with the best manners. She usually can be found napping on her cat tree or comfy bed. She is very laid back and a calmer home is more her vibe.

Tabby Tuesday 🐈

We have lots of tabby kitties looking for their furever homes. Today we are highlighting Roomba and Wasabi. These boys have both been at the shelter since August with no interest.

Tabbies unfortunately have longer shelter stays due to their coats being considered “boring”. In reality tabbies have the best personalities! They are snuggly, playful and ornery! See Wasabi and Roomba’s individual quirks!

🚨FOSTER HOME NEEDED ASAP🚨

ECAC is in need of a foster home asap for Mama Odette & her 8️⃣ three week old puppies 🍼🐶

Mama came from a not so great home where she was forced to live outside in a pen with multiple other dogs. She had absolutely no vetting and was very, very pregnant.
Mama has been in a foster home for the last couple of weeks but has become overwhelmed with the children and other animals in the home despite their best efforts to keep her calm.

Mama is a sweet girl who needs a calm, quiet foster home with either no small children & other animals or her own secluded area away from everyone.

Mama Odette is a Great Pyrenees mix around a year old.

✨️Special Needs✨️

Meet Henry 🧡

This handsome hunk of love is looking for his furever home.
Henry came to the shelter with a severely swollen back leg. We were told it had been swollen for some time, and he never got the proper medical care he needed. After being in our care, he went to the vet and it was determined he has a broken femur 💔
Due to the time frame of when the injury happened, likely it was months ago, the vet said the leg was now healing on its own, and he does not need surgery.

Henry needs a calm, laid-back home where he can continue to heal. He loves everyone he meets and wants to soak up as much attention as he can get. He would do well in a home with older children.

Henry is 4 years old and weighs 62lbs. He wants to be the king of his castle and be the only pet in the home.

Instead of a dozen roses this Valentine’s Day, what about a dozen black cats? 💕

We have so many black cats and kittens looking for their furever homes. Black cats unfortunately tend to stay in shelters longer than other coat colors. Below are our adoptable black cats, some have been at the shelter since they were born 😞

Mama Odette is seeking a foster home where she can continue to raise her babies. While her current foster is absolutely amazing, the household has become to overwhelming for Odette and everyone is in agreement she needs a calmer home.

Odette will need a foster home with no small children. She will need a home with either no other pets or a home with the ability to give her her own space away from other pets.

Dayton ☃️❄️

This outdoor loving, snow loving boy is looking for his furever home. Dayton came to the shelter back in November and sadly hasn't had much interest.

He loves to be outside where he can zoom around the play area playing catch me if you can. After he's tired of his shenanigans (or more so when we make him come inside), he loves to curl up on his warm, comfy bed.
He does need a home with a fenced-in yard & a home with older children.

Dayton likes some other dogs, preferably younger dogs, but a meet and greet with potential dog siblings is a must. He does ok so far with the cats at the shelter.

Dayton is a lab mix around 4-5 years old. He does have an old back injury, which limits some of his mobility so potential adopters must keep that in mind and be willing to accommodate his needs.

ECAC is in need of straw bales ☃️❄️

With the freezing temperatures, the dog kennels remain chilly, causing the dogs waterbowls to freeze & their kennels to be cold. We have been trying to keep their kennels warm with lots of blankets, tarps, etc.
We are in need of some straw bales to put on the outside of their kennels to help keep some of the heat inside.
*We do have heat back there, but with the concrete and their doors, it still remains chilly.

Khloe 🖤

This beautiful girl is looking for her furever home. She came to the shelter after a kind lady found her outside her home freezing in the snowstorm. She is now warm and safe in a kennel with a belly full of food.

She is a sweet girl who loves head scratches and is around 3-4 years old.
So far she doesn't seem to mind other cats, but we are unsure about dogs at this time.
