Please remember to SECURE your pets and set them up for success BEFORE leaving your home!

❗️MORE PETS WILL GO LOST TODAY THAN ANY OTHER DAY OF THE YEAR ❗️

Enrichment toys and calming treats can be found at Walmart or TSC if you waited until the last minute!

We will be CLOSED the remainder of the week and will re-open Monday, July 8.

When BOOKING ONLINE - no shows/late arrivals/cancellations will be CHARGED 50% total ticket price to the card on file per our cancellation policy that MUST be signed when booking an appointment online.

There will no longer be first time warnings.

Failure to comply (refusal to pay or insufficient funds on card) will result in blocking of all future services until that debt is paid.

We have tried to be as relaxed as possible on this policy but unfortunately unpaid appointments leave us with no income.
