GOOD MORNING!

I'm so excited to say that TODAY is Ruff Cuts very first birthday! We have made it a whole year! So much can happen in such a short time! My little business has grown into more than I ever imagined it would and I know that it will continue in the years to come! I've added two incredible groomers and gained so many more clients. I'm truly overwhelmed with joy!

Yall help me give Erin a HUGE welcome to the Ruff Cuts Family! I've had the privilege of knowing her for several years and she's seriously the sweetest soul! I'm so thankful to have her join us!

Here's a little bit about her.

Like most people, It took a little time before I found a profession in which I felt fulfilled and gave me purpose. Each of us are given different gifts and caring for animals is one of mine. Many pets don't enjoy the grooming process, so being able to calm animals and handle them safely is a wonderful gift to have. Being able to transform an animals' appearance, and relieve them of uncomfortable conditions like overgrown nails, matted hair or stinky coats is very rewarding. But there isn’t much that can beat being the recipient of your pet’s love when they know they look and feel good.

It is an answer to my prayers to have a profession where I have time to help keep your pets happy and healthy and also be available for Brian, my husband, Thomas, our 11 year old son, and our family’s pets LBK, Georgia, Lulu, and Rufus. Not only do I enjoy pet grooming, but I enjoy preparing meals with Brian, growing and canning vegetables, doing genealogy work, taking family vacations and visiting relatives. I am blessed to have a church calling where I get to travel a few Sundays a month to different congregations in northern Louisiana, Mississippi, as well as my home ward in El Dorado where my husband serves in the bishopric.

Thank you for trusting me with your family members, I promise to strive to help them to be healthy and look their best so that you and your pets are happy.

I have a few announcements to make.

I am currently FULLY booked 🙌 until the end of March (such a blessing!) I offer a recurring scheduling option specifically for my limited availability. Although, Emily has sooner appointment dates available!

We will be doing every Wednesday until further notice!

🐾 NO appointment needed!
🐾 Walk-ins welcome!
🐾 This Service is for BATHS ONLY

As always, Walk-In nail trims are welcome every day.

We are open 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday.

Also, Emily will be taking appointments for one Saturday per month starting March 9th! Please call 870-639-1124 to get on her Saturday rotation!

This is part of the reason I do what I do. Dogs need calm and familiarity, just as humans do. They get anxious when in new surroundings, just as we do. It's part of my job to make sure they feel safe and loved while in my care.

I will be the first to admit that I have had days where I get anxious, just as I'm sure we all do from day to day life, and your pups FEEL that and feed off of it. If you've been to my shop, then you know the sense of peace that it has. When I decided to start this journey, My first and main goal was, and is, to create a calm, peaceful and loving atmosphere so that your babies feel protected.

I absolutely love being a groomer and being loved by your babies is priceless! 💜

Good evening everyone! I'm excited and blessed to say that My business is growing rapidly so I have decided to add a groomer! I would like to introduce the newest member of the Ruff Cuts family, Emily Fullwood. Here is a little bit about her.

I Would like to introduce myself to y'all. I'm Emily Fullwood, I Grew up in Wisconsin and moved to Eldorado in 2014 to be with my sister and our mom. I started working at a local kennel at the age of 25 and fell in love with working with dogs. I took a Few years off as my family got bigger, making me a mom of 3 kids, two girls and one boy. I always say you're never to old to reach your dreams, work hard and with patience, You can do anything you set your mind to. In 2020 I started working for a franchise as a bather and started learning how to groom. I quickly remembered why I love working with dogs. I have been grooming full time for about 2 years now and love every minute of it. With all that being said I would to thank you all for following me on this wild and wonderful Journey and hope that my love for your furbabies shows in my work and in life. Remember Dream big.
