The phones are at it again. If you are calling us and having trouble getting through then it’s probably an AT&T issue. We are not having any luck with calling people back now. We are trying but it’s going straight to voicemails. Optimum has said they can’t help because it’s an AT&T issue. If you have AT&T, please call us on either a landline or from another cell phone provider. We are looking into a different phone provider but this will take some time. Please be patient with us.

There is currently an issue with our phone provider (Optimum) and AT&T cell phone customers. We have been told that the two networks are not working together. AT&T customers can not make a successful call to our landline phones. We have spent hours on the phone with AT&T and Optimum trying to get this resolved. AT&T won't help us because we don't have an account with them. Optimum is saying it's an AT&T problem. If you have AT&T please call them and let them know that you are having issues getting through to landline phones.
Until this gets fixed, please call us from a landline phone or use a cell phone that is not serviced by AT&T if possible. We are trying our best and using our caller id to return AT&T calls as they are trying to come through. Fortunately we can call you. Please just call one time and give us time to call you back.

We love our crew and had a great time with them and their families this past Saturday. We're so thankful to have such great staff and super glad to be able to reward them for their hard work and dedication.
