Check out Sig Sauer today! He’s looking and feeling better. We think he’s maybe 5 years old. Sig is fully vetted and heartworm (4DX) negative. He’s pretty clean in his run and not a big barker. He likes to get butt rubs, give hugs, and play tug. He’s food and toy motivated and dog friendly. Untested with cats or kids. He’s also got the cutest little cowlick on the top of his head. Located in El Paso TX and looking for a home or rescue transfer. Contract w/valid ID, and vet reference required for adoption.

If you’re looking for me, I’ll be in debtors prison. Is that still a thing? Ok, so not really but Armani had x rays today and there’s something going on with some of the roots of her teeth, so Thursday she’s getting more x rays (dental version under sedation) and exploratory dental surgery to figure out why her neck keeps filling up with fluid and busting open. 🤦♀️

Boots
We do a lot here and one of the things we do is take care of a few feral cats. This boy is Boots, and he showed up injured last week. We caught him and got him to the vet for an infected leg. It was $120.07. Little things like this don’t break the bank by themselves, but unfortunately, little things like this happen often and add up. This is the 3rd feral cat from our colony requiring vet care this year, so you can see how it begins to hurt after a while.
