Welcome Django. You got a little stay of ex*****on. He’s an absolute stunner. If you know anyone looking, his chip puts him at 11 months. His owner didn’t answer or reclaim. He is not for the first time dog owner and adopter will need a vet reference and contract. If he gets adopted in the time he has, he’ll be neutered prior to placement unless he’s going to a working/sport home, then other criteria will need to be met in lieu of neuter.

This dog is on the euth list for today or tomorrow. We knew it was coming as he seems like a high drive dog. Well, he broke out of his kennel and attacked another dog so his time is up. We’d sent his vid to BP and EPPD to eval for their program but they didn’t get over there in time. We’d like to give him a week to see if he’s got some potential. Can you help make it happen? PUPDATE : Transferred to pug rescue !

This pup was found by one of our peeps. The finder has not been able to locate the owner and the dog wasn’t chipped or wearing any form of ID. The vet estimates he’s between 8 months to a year old. Finder had him close to two weeks but has no intention of keeping him. We are calling him Smiley. He’s dog friendly, and we have gotten him fully vetted. Hes available for rescue or adoption. Vet reference and contract required for adoption. Rescues must pick up or arrange transport.

We are putting out a last plea for Sig. Sig is a 5 yo (estimated) malinois mix that was found as a stray in el paso. His bloodwork is looking ok after last months scare, however his glucose is still low.

The good: he’s good with most people, he’s cute, he’s got great toy and treat drive, and he likes men. This is good because many dogs are afraid of men. He has made no move to jump the fence and he’s not messy in his run. He rides ok loose in a car and jumps in a crate and rides quietly if you prefer that.

The bad: he’s very dog selective and he will even go after a dog he likes if there is a toy involved. He is not house trained and marks inside. He is not good with small dogs. Probably not cats either. He resource guards both toys and food making him a liability around kids. He will get your hands if he’s too aroused with toys/treats. He also shows poorly at adoption events due to some reactivity. His bad habits are unfortunately making finding an appropriate home for him very difficult and he cannot stay in boarding forever. His dog aggressive behavior counts out every out of state rescue we work with and his age counts out the others. He must find an appropriate adopter soon.
