🐾 Sweet Honey stopped by the clinic today for a nail trim, and we were able to help her feel so much better by removing a nail that had embedded itself into her paw pad. Poor girl! 💛 This is a great reminder of how important regular nail trims are for our pets—not only for their comfort but also to prevent painful issues like this one.

🍌👧🌟 Chiquita Banana is in the house! 🌟 👧🍌

This sweet little bundle of cuteness came to see Dr. Gallegos today for an allergy evaluation. Yes, dogs get itchy too—and just like us, they deserve relief! 🌼🐾

After a thorough checkup, we gave Chiquita some allergy medication to help her feel her best. And because we can’t resist her adorable teeny toe beans 🥹, Randy made sure they got some extra TLC while she was here!

It is with both sadness and gratitude that we announce George’s departure from West Texas Cimarron Canyon Veterinary Clinic as he moves on to the next chapter of his life.

George’s hard work, dedication, and compassion have left an indelible mark on our clinic and on all of our hearts. His kindness and expertise have touched the lives of so many—both the furry patients and the clients who trusted him with their care.

The entire staff and his many clients will miss him dearly, but we are excited to see where his next adventure takes him. George, thank you for everything you’ve done for our team, our clients, and their beloved pets. We wish you nothing but the very best in all your future endeavors.

Say hello to Chief, the Micro Bully! 🐾 This handsome little guy visited us last week to have his eye checked out, and he instantly stole the show. Chief was a perfect gentleman during his visit, staying calm and cozy in Momma’s arms while Dr. Gallegos gave him a thorough exam.

We couldn’t stop swooning over how handsome he is—Chief definitely knows how to make an impression! Thanks for being such a star patient, Chief! We’re looking forward to seeing you again soon.

Negan Nelson stopped by for a nail trim today, and let’s just say he’s not a fan of mani-pedis! Thankfully, our skilled and caring technician Karina worked her magic to make sure Negan was comfortable and stress-free the whole time. Great job, Negan—you’re looking sharp (but not your nails)!

🦔✨ Meet Phillip, the Hedgehog Superstar! ✨🦔

This week, we had the absolute pleasure of meeting Phillip, and let us tell you—he’s the most well-behaved hedgehog Dr. Diaz has EVER seen! 🏆 Despite coming in with an injured eye, Phillip has been a total champ. With some TLC and expert care, he’s now on the road to recovery.

We’re crossing our fingers (and quills!) that we’ll only see him in the future for happy, healthy check-ups. Feel better soon, Phillip—you’ve got this! 💪💚

🐾 Today at West Texas Cimarron Canyon Veterinary Clinic, we had the pleasure of seeing Pugsley and Lola for their annual vaccinations! These two were absolute champs, staying calm and well-behaved throughout their visit. They especially enjoyed all the neck scratches we gave them—our team loved every minute of it! 🐶💉💙

We’re grateful for the trust their family places in us to keep them happy and healthy year after year. Looking forward to seeing these sweet pups again soon!

Moo Moo came back to the clinic today for her follow-up exam after her emergency Pyometra surgery with Dr. Gallegos yesterday, and we’re thrilled to share that she’s doing well and on the road to recovery! It’s always great to see our patients healing and back to their usual selves. We’re so happy to see Moo Moo making such good progress! Keep resting up, sweet girl! 💕
