I have been working on some grow kits for this Christmas season. These are the thing I came up with and I kept the implementation as simple as possible. I want those who receive these as presents to have the ability to grow them with as little as equipment as possible. These were the hardest micros to grow too so the other varieties will be much more efficient! This marigold species is called Durango, Flame (Emperor.) I love growing these around Dia de Los Mu***os because they are; one super beautiful and two they remind me of my brave Flame Boy Rengoku who fulfilled his duty until the end 😭😭😭😭😭🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 I still don’t know if I will have some of these ready for edible flowers because they didn’t grow as prolific as I wanted them to. But I will definitely be doing the flower box soon as the other marigold mix as well as nasturtiums will be ready soon 🙂‍↔️

This weekend we have a stir fry heavenly mix in full growns! The sweet potatoes have been harvested, but are not ready. I have sweet slips for you though! There’s kale, chard, and for micros sweet red acre cabbage and spicy radish mixes!

So once again… it’s not 60685 degrees outside! So that means more greens! I still have a lot to learn about sweet potato...

So once again… it’s not 60685 degrees outside! So that means more greens! I still have a lot to learn about sweet potato growth but these baby tubers give me hope for the future! 😭 the arugula sold out the first hour of the market and I expect it to keep growing this season. There will also be more green and micro green variety. The second half of the sweet potatoes were done with a little more knowledge so they should be bigger 🫡 great things coming this fall!
