Merry Christmas to all of our loyal followers.

Thank you to all of you who have helped us with our needs and the words of encouragement.

And thank you to those have offered up sweat, muscles and sometimes blood to help us accomplish needed repairs.

Particular thanks to our current full time volunteers and adopted family: Treasure, Kaevian, Diazen, Ashley, Ace, Ally and Athan. We could not do all this without you

I often think I should just say it's time to throw in the towel and close up shop. It's those small things that are keeping us from doing so because I like this being the place where memories are made.

Much of the public doesn't realize the work, volumes of money and love that goes into running something like this. For those that do, you have our eternal gratitude.

May 2025 be the best year ever.

Hey folks.....did you hear about that place way out in the middle of nowhere, where this crazy lady takes care of animals that people keep throwing away? Well she's looking for a few seats to warm saddles this weekend. She's only charging $65 per rider, which when you think about it, really isn't that bad compared to how much it costs her to feed these big brutish beasts. I mean really, when you think about it, what are memories being made, REALLY worth to you?

Plenty of spaces open this weekend. You're missing out on making memories. What a shame. YOLO. Would you rather remember staring at the same neflix shows, or getting out doing something different? Break the suction. Come ride.

3rd post. Design a logo contest.
We need a new logo. The drawing is ok but we want someting we can put on merchandise. I'm proposing a contest. Winner gets a trail ride package for two. It will be voted on by my volunteers and family.

So...put those creative thinking caps on. We want a nice, simple logo. Let's see what you've got! Ages 8 and up may compete. Put your logos in the comments.

2nd post. Do we have any actual electricians that might be willing to barter some trail rides? We have had no power to our tack room nor tool shed for a couple of months now. We had someone fixing it and then never come back. They thought it was in the junction between the two buildings but who knows. I'd also like to get lights run out into the stall areas. I can supply the supplies if I'm told what to purchase. Cuz.....I watched wayyyyyy too much Wiley Coyote to mess with that much electric.

Couple of Random Postings.

First of a Couple.

We are still about 1/2 - 2/3 of the way to filling the need we have for lumber. Between feed, water and repairing sh..tuff the sheep and horses are breaking, we're breaking even. We recieved a good bit of donations and to do the right thing we threw that right to food that helped with feed this month....eternally grateful for that.

But we still need 120-150 2x6x8 boards
30 4x4x8s.

Everyone keeps asking if we're going to offer stuff for kids but if we can't get the dog houses done, there's no way I can rebuild an arena for the kiddos to ride in. Anyone that has any spare but still useable wood of the above dimensions laying around, I'd be happy to pick it up, if you'd give it to a good home :)

We've got a group of volunteers just waiting to help build but without supplies we cannot do that. I would hate to waste this opportunity.

The last couple of weeks have been a flurry of activity! Thank you to the students of the PIMA vet tech program, who have a community that does public outreach. Your gracious donation went directly to feed to see us through the rest of the month..... and your help both the 7th and this past weekend performing manual labor was much appreciated. You'd be suprised how fast that 40 bags of feed can be unloaded when it's more than just two people trying to schlep it out! Thanks again!
